Therapy provides a confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings. You might be feeling depressed, anxious, angry, stuck or suffering from low self-esteem.

The initial session is a chance for us to meet and understand how therapy might be helpful for you. It is also an opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit to work together. It lasts 50 minutes and is chargeable at my standard rate of £85.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
I work on a weekly basis at the same time with clients as I find that this routine helps with the pace of the therapy.
Everyone’s therapy journey is different. I offer both short-term therapy (a minimum of 12-weeks) and open-ended therapy. During the initial session, we can discuss together which might be more suitable for your needs.
Currently, I only offer counselling for individual adults.
My standard fee is £85 per session, payable by bank transfer.
I work from the Space To Be You Therapy rooms in Hackney, E8. A number of train stations are near the rooms including Bethnal Green and London Fields. I regret that the room is on the 1st floor and there is no lift so it may prevent some people from attending in person. I’m happy to offer remote sessions as an alternative.
